Deposit & Payment.

To secure your event date with us at INFINITE HIRE, we kindly request a deposit (depending on what service your getting will let you know) to ensure the reservation of your preferred date for our top-notch services. Than remaining amount of order is due 3 days prior to event date.

Bond Terms & Event damage.
In the event of any damage to company property, the responsible client will be held liable for the repair, replacement, or restoration costs, as deemed necessary by the company. The bond may also have financial implications, depending on the severity and circumstances of the damage.

Rental Policy:
Starting now, any rentals from INFINITE HIRE, must follow our strict "No Refund" rule. Once you confirm a rental and pay, we won't give any money back for cancellations, changes, or early endings. We want to make sure you get what you need for your event, so be sure about your rental and event schedule before you agree. If something unexpected stops you from using our rentals, we can talk about other options, like rescheduling for later (if there's space) or using the rental fee for a future booking. Wet Weather: If the weather is not too out standards with extreme winds and any rain, we would try and seek an alternative solution before cancelling event. No refund is available, as we’ve already set items up and organised our day/week. You do get 24 hours to change date or location for bad weather only. Alternatively if you wish to go ahead and the weather is not to our standards we do have the right to candle and pack down immediately.

Event ares-

Please be aware that when setting up your event in public places, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is clear access and that you have obtained any necessary council approval. We are not liable for any fines or fees incurred due to lack of approval or access.

If you are asked to move or are not allowed to operate in a specific area, you will not be given a refund.
